1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by S and A Marketing FZ-LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide marketing and operations services including Discord management, customer care, social media management, and video editing. We are a service provider — we do not provide investment advice, financial services, or trading recommendations.

3. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback
  • Grant necessary access to platforms and tools for service delivery
  • Make payments on time per agreed terms
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business and marketing activities

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Confidentiality

All team members sign NDAs. Client data, strategies, and business information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client assets, data, and files will be transferred to the client. No penalties apply for standard termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide marketing and operational services. Results may vary based on market conditions, client's product, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Disclaimer

S and A Marketing FZ-LLC provides marketing and operations services only. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or trading recommendations. Results described in case studies and marketing materials are based on past performance and may not be representative of future results.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates.
