Discord Community Manager
Manage and grow Discord communities for our prop firm clients. You'll run events, coordinate giveaways, moderate conversations, and drive member engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing Discord communities (5K+ members)
- Experience with Discord bots (MEE6, Carl-bot, Ticket Tool)
- Strong written communication in English
- Understanding of the prop trading / fintech space is a plus
- Able to work in shifts (community is global)
Customer Support Agent
Provide fast, accurate, empathetic support to prop firm customers via live chat, email, and Discord tickets. Target: < 20 second first response.
Requirements
- 1+ year in customer support (live chat preferred)
- Native or near-native English
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Tidio
- Comfortable with shift-based schedules (24/7 coverage)
- Willingness to sign NDA and product-specific training
Social Media Manager
Run multi-platform social media operations for prop firm clients. Daily posting across X, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube. Write tweets, threads, blogs, and newsletters.
Requirements
- 3+ years social media management experience
- Strong copywriting — direct, punchy, numbers-driven
- Experience with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards
- Design skills (Canva/Figma) for banners and creatives
- Financial services or fintech experience preferred
Video Editor
Dedicated video editor for prop firm clients. Daily reels, monthly long-form, storyboarding, and multi-format delivery. You'll be embedded in a client's workflow.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional video editing experience
- Proficient in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content
- Motion graphics and color grading ability
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable with daily output
Operations Lead
Oversee multi-client operations — support, Discord, social, and video teams. Build SOPs, run QA, deliver reporting, and ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in operations/project management
- Experience managing remote teams (10+ people)
- Strong with data, reporting, and process optimization
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Fintech or prop trading experience is a strong plus
