Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want every client relationship to be a success. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while protecting the work of our dedicated teams.

2. Service-Based Billing

Our services are billed on a monthly retainer basis. Each payment covers one month of service delivery including dedicated staff time, infrastructure, tools, and deliverables.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Services continue for the remainder of the paid period
  • All assets, data, and files are transferred to you within 7 days
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service not started: Full refund if no work has commenced.
  • Service disruption on our end: Pro-rated refund for any period where we fail to deliver agreed services.
  • First 7 days (new clients): If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, we'll issue a pro-rated refund for unused days.

5. Non-Refundable

  • Services already delivered and accepted
  • Custom work (designs, videos, content) already produced
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (software, licensing, ad spend)

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with your refund request. We will respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.
